took all the effort I had to walk away from the ice cream van
didn’t do so well at the gym today
my legs just burned and my brain couldn’t force them to work
so I didn’t run much
did a lot of walking though
the crazy old lady (she’s not that old) who runs forever started talking to me
she scares me a little
